Manager, Inclusion Initiative
Nicole has spent the last 20 years working with children of varying abilities across several populations. She began her work with the Home for Little Wanders, working in a residential setting with children with social-emotional needs, and transitioned to working in therapeutic recreation at the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp with children who have serious illnesses in a residential setting. Since then Nicole has taught at the New England Center for Children as well as worked as a Behavioral Coordinator at the Manville School in Boston under the Judge Baker Children’s Center. Currently, Nicole is the Inclusion Manager for DHSP in Cambridge, MA, where she works to support children with special needs and their families in out-of-school and summer programming.
